Returns and Refunds:
Our marketplace has a 30-day return policy for all products sold by our sellers. Please note that the seller’s return policy may differ from our marketplace’s policy. If the seller has a different return policy, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Sellers are to adhere to Branabee’s Return Policy at minimum.
Once the seller receives the returned item, they will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, the seller will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Our sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products are accurately described and are of the highest quality. If a seller ships an item that is not as described or is damaged, they are responsible for providing a refund or exchange to the customer.
If a customer initiates a return, the seller is responsible for inspecting the item and determining its eligibility for a refund or exchange. If the item is eligible, the seller is responsible for issuing the refund or shipping the new item to the customer.
If a seller receives a returned item that is damaged or not in its original condition, they have the right to refuse the return and deny the refund or exchange.
Our marketplace takes disputes between buyers and sellers seriously. If a dispute arises, our customer service team will review the situation and work with both parties to find a satisfactory resolution.
Please note that shop owners on Branabee each have their respective return/refund policies that you will need to read and acknowledge. It is your responsibility to research this before making a purchase with a shop. Branabee facilitates transactions and acts as a marketplace, but is subsequently not responsible for handling or shipping items between our customers and sellers. Return any and/or all items from your purchases to the seller specified in your invoice(s) using the methods requested by the seller.

If you have a subscription through BRANABEE (you, the seller, purchase a subscription from BRANABEE directly), all subscription dues are final – unless otherwise noted in writing or digital record by a legitimate BRANABEE representative.
You are required to complete and post refund/return policies for customers worded concisely and clearly.
You must post photos and any information of products as they are. You may sell products “AS IS” and list them as non-refundable as long as you specify that in your store’s terms clearly for consumers.
