1. Overview
BranaBee is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of industrial goods, equipment, and services. Each shop on BranaBee operates independently, managing its own inventory, listings, and shipping.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but please note: returns and refunds are managed directly by the seller who fulfills your order, unless otherwise stated.
2. Standard Return Policy
- Most items purchased on BranaBee are covered by a 30-day return policy.
- Some sellers may have different return terms, which will be clearly stated on their product page.
- Sellers are required to meet or exceed BranaBee’s minimum 30-day return policy.
3. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags. It must be able to be relisted and sold.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise extended by the seller.
Once the seller receives the returned item:
- They will inspect it within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If the item is not eligible (e.g., damaged, altered, or missing components), the seller may reject the return.
Each case is unique, and will be treated as such. BranaBee does not prioritize or favor buyers over sellers, or vice versa. Our marketplace only exists because of each party involved and the good faith we all operate on when conducting business online.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Each seller on BranaBee must:
- Clearly post their return and refund policies in their store.
- Accurately describe products and upload genuine images.
- Honor their posted return terms.
- Inspect and process returns promptly upon receipt.
- Issue refunds or exchanges for eligible items.
Sellers may list items as “AS IS” or “non-refundable” only if this is clearly stated on the product listing and visible before purchase.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Reviewing each seller’s return and refund policy before purchase.
- Returning items directly to the seller, following the instructions in your invoice or their store’s return process.
- Packaging returned items securely to avoid damage during shipping.
BranaBee does not handle product returns, shipments, or refunds directly between buyers and sellers.
6. Disputes and Resolution
If you encounter an issue with a return or refund:
- Contact the seller directly first – most issues are resolved this way.
- If the seller is unresponsive or a dispute arises, contact BranaBee Support.
Our customer service team will review the case, examine available records, and work to reach a fair resolution.
However, BranaBee is not financially liable for refunds, product conditions, or shipping costs unless explicitly stated in writing.
7. Subscriptions and Platform Fees
If you are a seller with a paid BranaBee subscription or service:
- All subscription fees are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by an authorized BranaBee representative.
- Cancellations end future billing cycles but do not issue refunds for past payments.
8. Policy Enforcement
- Sellers who repeatedly fail to honor refund or return obligations may face account suspension or removal from the platform.
- Customers who abuse refund or return policies may also face account restrictions.
