This 30″ x 10′ vertical separator is a field-tested, non-code pressure vessel used primarily in upstream oil and gas production to separate the components of wellstream fluids—gas, oil, water, and solids. Installed close to the wellhead, this unit plays a critical role in early-stage processing by isolating gas from liquids and removing free water and particulates from production flow.
Designed with a 250 PSI pressure rating and a 200°F temperature capacity, this separator remains a capable workhorse for lower- to mid-pressure applications. Though the exterior paint is in poor condition, the vessel itself remains structurally sound and functional for operations where code compliance is not required.
