How to Buy on BranaBee
1. Create or Log In to your account
- Go to the My Account Page.
- If you don’t have an account yet, click Register and follow the prompts
- You’ll need to confirm your email before you finalize set up.

Don’t have an account? That’s okay, you can still go through the process to purchase!
2. Browse or Search for Products
- Use the search bar at the top of the page or explore categories.
- Apply filters, (price, condition, seller rating, etc) to narrow your results.
- Click on a product to view full details, seller info, and shipping options.
3. Add to Cart or Buy Now
You can continue shopping or go straight to checkout.
Once you’ve found what you want, click Add to Cart or Buy Now.
4. Checkout Securely
- Review your cart and total before proceeding.
- Enter your shipping details and payment method.
- Confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation right away.
5. Track Your Order
- Go to My Account → Orders to view order status and tracking info.
- Sellers update shipment details once your item is on the way.
6. Contact the Seller (Optional)
- Have a question before or after purchase?
Use the Contact Seller button on the product page or in your order details.
7. Leave a Review
- After receiving your item, you can leave feedback for the seller.
