Getting started on Branabee is quick and easy! Whether you’re signing up as a customer or a seller, this guide will walk you through every step.
Go to the My Account Page
Up at the top right of the website, click ‘Log In/Out‘.
Once there, you’ll see two forms:
- Login (for existing users)
- Register (for new users)
💡 Desktop View: Before logging in, the My Account area will display both login and registration options side by side.
Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form
To create your new account, simply enter the credentials you’d like to use.
Password Requirements:
Aim for at least a Medium password strength for better security
Minimum 12 characters
Use upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (like ! " ? $ % ^ &)
Step 3: Choose Your Account Type
Select the option that best describes you:
- I am a Customer – Choose this if you’ll only be shopping or bidding.
- I am a Seller – Choose this if you plan to list and sell products.
If you select “I am a Seller,” a few additional fields will appear for you to complete:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Shop Name – The name of your business or store.
- Shop URL – The link to your store’s page.
- Keep it short and simple.
- Avoid spaces or special characters.
- The system will automatically check if your chosen URL is available.
- Phone Number
Step 4: Review and Accept the Terms
Before finalizing your registration:
Click Register
Review the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
Check the box to confirm you accept the terms
Once submitted, a notification that looks like this will appear.
Step 5: Confirm Your Email
After submitting, a notification will appear confirming that your account has been created.
Next, check your email inbox (and your Spam/Junk folder just in case).
You’ll receive an email with a confirmation link — click it to verify your account.
If you’re registering as a seller, once you confirm your email, you’ll be taken to the Shop Setup Wizard to help you get started.
Step 6: Log In to Your Account
After confirming your email, return to the My Account page.
Enter your login credentials into the Login form and click Log In.
Sellers will be taken to their Seller Dashboard, where they can start setting up their shop and listings
Customers will be taken to their account dashboard
