As a seller, getting paid for your hard-earned sales is a top priority. At Branabee, we aim to make the payout process as simple and seamless as possible. While there are a few key steps involved, our goal is for you to walk away with a clear understanding of how our payment system works. Let’s dive in!
Overview
Let’s break it down: you’re a seller on Branabee, and you’ve successfully made a sale or multiple sales. Now, it’s time to access the funds you’ve earned.
We provide you with two options for withdrawing your money. You can choose to set up automatic withdrawals from your Branabee seller account directly to your bank account, or if you prefer, you can manually withdraw your funds whenever you need them.
For processing your payments, we use trusted transaction facilitators like Authorize.Net (the same service Amazon once relied on in its early days), which ensures secure and reliable bank wire transfers. We also offer PayPal as an alternative withdrawal option, giving you flexibility and control over how and when you access your funds.
Why Does Branabee Withhold My Funds?
You may wonder why Branabee holds funds in your account before they are made available for withdrawal. This is an essential step in protecting both buyers and sellers. By holding funds, we safeguard transactions in the event of refunds or disputes. As an online marketplace, we act as a buffer to ensure that both the seller and the buyer are protected throughout the transaction process.
Additionally, Branabee handles the reporting of sales tax on your behalf, which can be complex due to the varying tax laws across states. We work diligently to manage this for you, minimizing any potential headaches related to tax compliance and providing you with peace of mind.
A Quick Prerequisite
Before you can start withdrawing your funds, you’ll need to have made at least $0.01 in sales on Branabee. Once that threshold is met, you’ll be able to process withdrawals and enjoy the fruits of your hard work.
Setting Up Withdrawals
At Branabee, we offer two convenient ways for you to withdraw the funds you’ve earned: automatic and manual withdrawals. Let’s break down both options so you can choose what works best for you.
First, you want to make sure to log in.
Navigate to your ‘Seller Dashboard‘. You want to verify that all of your current orders are completed. If this is accurate, you’ll want to mark them as such. Any incomplete orders will not be added to your final total. To do this, click on ‘Orders‘, and then go into each order and select the appropriate status.
As stated earlier, we currently offer two methods of withdrawing your money. Those are Paypal and a Wire Transfer.
Automatic Withdrawals
Automatic withdrawals allow you to access your earnings on a regular schedule that you set. You have the flexibility to choose from several frequency options:
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly (twice per month)
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
Once you’ve set up your automatic withdrawal schedule, the funds will be transferred to your bank or PayPal account based on your preferences—no need to manually request each payment.
Manual Withdrawals
If you prefer more control over when you receive your funds, manual withdrawals might be the right choice for you. To initiate a manual withdrawal, simply log in to your Seller Dashboard and navigate to the “Withdrawal” section. From there, you can click on ‘Request Withdrawal,’ and the Branabee support team will be notified to review your request.
Once approved, your funds will be transferred to your designated account. It’s a straightforward process, and our support team typically approves requests quickly to ensure you get paid without delay.
How to Set Up Your Withdrawal Preferences
In your Seller Dashboard, you’ll see the “Withdrawal” option.
- To set up automatic withdrawals, click on “Edit Schedule” and choose the option that best suits your needs.
- To request a manual withdrawal, simply click “Request Withdrawal,” and we’ll take care of the rest.
