In this article, we’ll go in detail on how to get paid for your sales on Branabee. As sellers, you want the money you’ve earned. We try to make that process as straightforward as possible for you. While there are a few moving parts, we hope you’ll leave with the full understanding of our process. Let’s begin!
Overview
First, we need to go over the situation. You are a seller on Branabee, and you’ve made one or more sales. Now you’re wanting to get the money you’ve earned.
There are a couple of options here for you. You can set up automatic withdrawals from your Branabee seller’s account to your bank account. If you would rather, you can manually withdrawal when you need to. We facilitate bank wire transfers of funds through Authorize.Net, a worldwide trusted transaction facilitator (In the early days of Amazon.com, they used Authorize.Net). We also offer withdrawals through Paypal. You have the control over how and when you want to withdrawal funds.
Why does Branabee withhold my funds?
Withholding the funds on your account is crucial for customer protection in case of refunds and for us to facilitate transactions. Branabee is an online marketplace, and we process transactions to protect all parties involved. We also facilitate the reporting of sales tax on the seller’s behalf. This can become a very expensive and delicate process with differing state laws. We try to navigate this in the best possible way for our customers and our sellers.
A prerequisite: You must have sold at least $0.01 on Branabee in order for withdrawals to process.
Setting Up Withdrawals
First, you want to make sure to log in.
Navigate to your ‘Seller Dashboard‘. You want to verify that all of your current orders are completed. If this is accurate, you’ll want to mark them as such. Any incomplete orders will not be added to your final total. To do this, click on ‘Orders‘, and then go into each order and select the appropriate status.
As stated earlier, we currently offer two methods of withdrawing your money. Those are Paypal and a Wire Transfer.
Automatic vs. Manual Withdrawal
Automatic withdrawals occur at a rate at which you choose. Your options are: Weekly, Bi-Weekly (twice per month), Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
Manual Withdrawals occur when you log in and navigate to the seller dashboard to request a withdrawal. The support team at Branabee is notified and they review your request, typically approving it so that you can get your money.
In your Seller Dashboard, you’ll see an option labeled ‘Withdrawal.’ Click that and you’ll be taken to a section with options to set up your preferred method of payment.
If you want to request a manual withdrawal, simply click ‘Request Withdrawal.’ Once approved, Branabee will transfer the money to your account.
If you want to set up automatic withdrawals, simply click ‘Edit Schedule.’ And select an option that best fits your needs.
That’s it! We hope that this helped you figure out how to get paid for your sales. For any questions, please visit the Help Center or reach out to Support!
