The short answer is, Branabee requires all sellers to at least accept a 30 day money back return on any product they sell on the marketplace. We do this to gain trust from our customers and ensure that products are sold at a higher standard.

Can sellers or customers handle returns without Branabee’s involvement? The short answer to that is yes, however, if you choose to do so, Branabee cannot protect either party in the case of disputes. This can cause a lot of issues. If Branabee is not aware that a refund occurred, funds from a returned purchase could still be disbursed into the seller’s account before resolving the dispute. This is not good for the customer. For this reason and others, We recommend you facilitate returns the proper way, as stated in our Return Policy.
