If you are asking “how to edit my account info” on Branabee, this brief tutorial is here to help.
The obvious first step is to be logged into an already created account. Don’t have one? Sign up here
Next, You’ll want to go up to the Hamburger Icon up at the top right of the page (just left of the Log in/Log out Button) and click it to view the dropdown menu.
Next, click ‘Edit My Account‘, where you will be taken to a new page to manage your information.
What you see on this page varies by what type of account you have. As an example, a seller on Branabee will have more options appear than say a customer would. You can edit any of the information you see in the above panel by simply clicking into the form fields, editing the information and clicking ‘Save Changes‘.
If you scroll down, you will notice a grid of options with icons. Click any of these icons to view and/or edit your information accordingly.
Current menu options to view/edit if you are a customer:
- Recent Orders – Here you can view your most recent purchases
- Downloads – Here you are able to view and download previously purchased product files/media.
- Subscriptions – You can view and manage your current product subscriptions.
- Account Info – This is the area showing you your information, which you can edit anytime. Please note: usernames are not able to be edited on Branabee.
- Addresses – You can view and edit your current address
- Become a Seller – Interested in becoming a seller? You can easily start the process in a few steps.
- Log Out – This will log you out of your account promptly after clicking.
Current menu options to view/edit if you are a seller:
All of the options available to the customer, plus –
- Seller Dashboard – This option takes you to where sellers spend the majority of their time, their seller dashboard.
- My Auctions – Here you will find a list of your auctions both past and present. You can also edit your listings.
- Auction Settings – This allows you to customize your auction settings according to what you want. It is Highly flexible.
- Bookings – see a current list of products, places, and other things you have listed for people to book/rent.
- Request for Returns (RMA) – This list is one you need to check regularly. Also found in your Seller Dashboard. When customers request a return, here is the spot you will find the information on that.
- Make a withdrawal – Get paid for your sales. Set up your information and schedule when to get paid.
