HOW TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT ON BRANABEE

In this tutorial, we will discuss how to purchase a product on Branabee. There are a few product types in our marketplace, and we understand that it might get confusing. Here is an overview of the entire process:

Shop for an item – There are several products listed on Branabee by our sellers. They determine how their items are listed on their shop. We give them options to list products to sell, rent, or auction. Here are the types and a brief explanation.

• Simple Products – These are the most basic and most common products on the Branabee website. Things like pieces of jewelry, t-shirts, or a book are examples of simple products. Looking to list a simple product?
• Variable Products – This type of product allows customers like you to select options – such as t-shirts that vary by size, color, brand etc. Upon clicking to view the specific product, typically, you will find a dropdown list to choose from next to or under the price of the item if that item has the option set by the seller. Looking to list Variable products ?
• Auction Products – These are listed items for auction, able to be bid on by customers. Auctions are a popular way to get unique or high value items. When browsing the Auctions page or our Shop All page, you might notice a timer next to an item with a starting price. You can click into this item to bid on it. Make sure to read the terms of that auction.
• Bookable Products – These items are listed basically for you to book, or reserve. Some sellers can use bookable products to rent out equipment, some use it to schedule service, or book out their house to customers like you. When browsing a product on the shop, you might notice a calendar option, and many other options such as number of people, etc. Again, make sure to read the product’s information fully before booking, as terms vary.

Add Item to Cart – Depending on product type, you might need to choose an option before you can add it to your cart.

For simple products, go to a product’s page and click on the “Add to Cart” button.

For all other products, choose from the options available before proceeding to purchase or bid.

Review Your Cart – You can view your cart by clicking on the “Cart” icon at the top of the page. This will take you to the cart page where you can see all of the items you have added to your cart. From here, you can adjust the quantity of each item, remove items from the cart, or continue shopping.

If you click on ‘View Cart‘, you will be taken to a new page to review your cart.

Proceed to Checkout – When you’re ready to checkout, click on the “Checkout” or “Proceed to Checkout” button from the cart page or the quick view panel. You will then be taken to the checkout page.

Checkout – On the checkout page, you’ll need to provide your billing and shipping information, select a shipping method, and choose a payment method. If you choose to pay with a credit card or e-check, you’ll need to enter your payment information. If you choose to pay with a purchase order, you’ll need to enter the purchase order number and any other required information. Once you’ve entered all of the required information, you can review your order and click on the “Place Order” button to complete the transaction.

What Happens After Checking Out? – Customers will receive an order confirmation email, and the sellers will get to work fulfilling the order.
