There are some best-practice methods that you can greatly benefit from when it comes to the Branabee marketplace. Our goal is to ensure all of our users have a safe and positive experience.

However, we ask that our users treat each other with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We ask that you think about your responses before you post them, they might exist indefinitely on the site.
4. Intellectual Property Rights – Users must not infringe on user’s intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents. This includes illegal, or counterfeit goods.

6. Payments and Transactions – We facilitate transactions through Authorize.Net, a worldwide solution that is proven to be safe and effective. In the early days of Amazon.com they used Authorize.Net. You can read more on payments and transactions here. Branabee’s customers can pay by these methods:
   • Credit Card – Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners, and JCB.
   • ECheck – Encrypted through Authorize.net, you can purchase using your checking or banking account using this method. This is ideal for larger purchases.
   • Purchase Order – With a purchase order, you or your business can agree to be billed later for your purchase.
7. Spam and Fraud – In today’s environment it’s difficult to combat spam. There’s Artificial Intelligence, spam robots that attack your site, and more. Any content that is found to be spam, fraud, or any other disruptive form of activity will be removed by our support team to maintain marketplace integrity.
8. User Age Restriction – Simply put, Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform for legal reasons.
9. Reviews and Feedback – We encourage constructive feedback when reviewing products and sellers. While users can say what they like on the platform, we discourage any malicious feedback, spam, and false accounts. More on how to submit reviews here.
10. Prohibited Sales Practice – We prohibit any shill bidding, price gouging, or any other practice that could harm the fairness and integrity of our marketplace.
11. Content Moderation – Currently Branabee relies on the community to flag content and report to us. We reserve the right to moderate content as described in our Terms of Service. If you notice any content that needs to be reviewed by our support team, please report it to us.
12. Accounts and Profiles – We ask that you don’t impersonate others and that you keep only one profile per person. We reserve the right to delete fake accounts, spam accounts, and duplicates at our discretion.
13. Compliance with Laws and Regulations – Users are expected to comply with all rules and regulations with the marketplace. We operate in the United States of America. It is your responsibility to comply with your local, state, and federal laws.
